Full Spectrum Floor Lamp & Reviews
Thank you for visiting our reviews of full spectrum floor lamps! Full spectrum floor lamps offer more than just extra lighting; they offer energy conservation and more importantly- lighting options! Here are some reviews of some full spectrum floor lamps available to help you make up your mind should you choose to add one of these pieces of functional furniture to your home. Grandrich Full Spectrum One-Light Floor Lamp, Gray by Grandrich- Grandrich offers a fullspectrum floor lamp at a very good bargain price. Ranging in price from $45- $60, the design is appealing enough and several color options are available. The typical customer complaint has been finding replacement bulbs however. Usually these might have to be ordered online. Other than that, the reviews have been favourable for this brand name. Verilux Brookfield Deluxe Full Spectrum Floor Lamp, by Verilux- Verilux offers a very modern looking lamp in their models and boasts “natural like light” which is better for reading. While the design has been touted as being very appealing and versatile, there have been a couple of notable detractors from the brand in general. First is the cost, at an average price of $145 they far exceed some other brands in cost. The second have been a few customer’s complaints that the light its self is a bluish hue. Most likely the second complaint has more to do with the bulb being used than the light and is easily resolved with a replacement. Still, others might consider this the Cadillac of the full spectrum floor lamp industry. Adjustable Full Spectrum Floor Lamp by Ace Trading- Ace Trading has come to the forefront of the quality versus price market in floor lamps. On average they price between $60 and $80. Customers value the sturdy construction and all seem to pay particular attention to how well weighted the base it. When taking into account that some floor lamps tend to be a bit top heavy, this is important to take into consideration. Ace has done that and produced a fine product. Full Spectrum Floor Lamp by Luckytown- The models that Luckytown offer are more or less more inexpensive continuations of the aforementioned Grandrich brand. The main complaint I have been able to find has to do with the base, which is considered a bit underweight and small for the 5” lamp. Still for a quick, inexpensive fix and used by itself in an out of the way spot, this lamp would do the trick. BlueMax 42w Black Dimmable Floor Lamp by Full Spectrum Solutions- FSS has come up with a very stylish and incredibly functional full spectrum floor lamp. While they have not reinvented the light bulb, they have come a long way towards shaping how it is used. For the price ($120-$150) they better have! Still, they are sturdy, dependable and look very nice. |
